If you contact me, you will need to provide your name and e-mail address. You may choose to voluntarily provide other information to me that I did not request, and, in such instances, you are solely responsible for such information.

In addition, I automatically collect information when you use the Services. The categories of information I automatically collect and have collected in the last 12 months includes:
