  • 1 cup (235 milliliters) Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups (380 - 400 grams) blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 - 1¼ cups (200 grams) chocolate, for melting

  1. Line a baking sheet or large cutting board with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Whip everything together until well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning to preferences.

  3. Using a spoon, place small scoops of the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Freeze until set.

  4. Once the bars are set, place a small sauce pan over low heat and melt the chocolate. Dip the bars into the melted chocolate. Be aware that the chocolate will harden immediately.

  5. Enjoy either immediately or store them back in the freezer until ready to use.

  6. Enjoy!
