Are you ready to eat?
Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Kung Pao Cauliflower
This recipe takes those delicious Kung Pao flavors that you’re familiar with and adds a delicious veggie twist! With a base of fried cauliflower, mix in those vibrant, fresh notes of ginger, garlic, and green onions, that's wonderfully paired with a delicious sauce that brings everything together. Let’s not forget the perfect crunch from the peanuts! It’s a fun, healthy way to get that takeout craving!
Peri-Peri Bowl with Cauliflower Rice
Peri-Peri peppers (also known as piri-piri) are small, very spicy peppers. Using those fiery peppers, the Portuguese, along with additional influences from the southern parts of Africa, created a wonderfully flavorful sauce that pairs perfectly with chicken. First you marinade the chicken in the peri-peri sauce and then grill it, allowing all those bright flavors to shine through, giving this dish a tantalizing warming heat! Serve the chicken over a prepared cauliflower rice and you’re in for a real treat!
Charred Cauliflower, Halloumi, Harissa, and Hummus Pita
A truly unique dish that I’m sure not many of you have tried! By baking the cauliflower, you soften it up and impart a wonderfully smokey flavor. Add to that the soft, smokey taste of the halloumi cheese, the spiciness of the harissa, and all of your favorite toppings! This dish is not only vegetarian, but something different that you’ll love and will surely be making again soon!
