My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!

Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!

As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Peach, Blueberry, Goat Cheese, and Steak Salad

Goat cheese paired with grilled peaches, blueberries, and basil is a combination you don’t want to miss out on! This salad is perfect for any time of year, but especially delicious during summer, it’s both simple, yet elegant. Slices of grilled steak add a great kick of protein, and a basic oil and vinegar dressing compliments the rest of the ingredients beautifully! Enjoy as a side salad or eat as a whole meal that you’ll definitely be making more often!

Laotian Lamb Larb

Larb is considered the national dish of Laos, and is widely enjoyed throughout Asia! Larb can be made using any various forms of protein, but for this version, I decided to use lamb because of its unique flavor. For anyone who enjoys meals that are both spicy and fresh, this is perfect for you! Have fun with the meal and play around with it, whether you eat it as a lettuce wrap or if you mix everything together to make more a bowl!
