Are you ready to eat?
Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Thanksgiving Stuffing
A Thanksgiving meal isn’t complete without stuffing! And this stuffing is the only one you’ll ever need! The hardest parts of the meal can be prepped ahead, so all you have to do is combine everything on Thanksgiving and pop it in the oven. And with all of the herbs you use, it’s bursting with flavor and compliments the rest of your Thanksgiving dishes deliciously!
Fudgy Cherry Chocolate Blondies
Blondies are like brownies, but are made using brown sugar instead of cocoa. Since cocoa absorbs moisture, not using it leaves you with a softer, chewier texture which is what makes these blondies so delicious! Add to the that fresh, seasonal cherries and you're left with extra fudgy blondies! A perfect pairing of chocolate and cherries for a perfect summer treat!
Schinkennudeln (German Pasta with Ham and Eggs)

There’s nothing fancy about this dish, but it’s simple and satisfying, and that’s all that matters! With some noodles (preferably leftover), eggs, and a few slices of ham you’re in business!

Niçoise Salad (Modified)
A classic salad from Nice, France, it’s a hearty salad that you’ll definitely add to your salad rotation! It combines tuna, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, olives, and capers for a delicious blend that you don’t normally find in a salad. You can also add boiled potatoes to the mix, but I’m not a big potato fan, so I’ve left those out.
