Are you ready to eat?
Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Korean Beef with Carrots and Zucchini
One of my favorite go-to recipes, this always hits the spot! Julienned carrots and zucchini soften up while cooking alongside ground beef in an irresistibly flavorful sauce. Between the fresh garlic and ginger, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, this sauce does a beautiful job bringing all the elements together. And serve everything over rice so it can soak up any remaining sauce for a delicious meal even to the last bite!
Spicy Korean Stir Fried Squid
A truly unique dish for those adventurous enough to try! If you like squid/calamari and spiciness, this dish is for you! And if you can find whole squid, the process of gutting and cleaning the squid makes this dish all the more memorable. The veggies add the classic stir-fry elements which is then topped with a spicy, sweet, and beautifully fragrant paste!
Korean Bo Ssam Wraps with Spicy Korean Coleslaw
You really can’t beat a slow pork roast with a caramel crispy crust! Put a twist to your typical barbecue by making this delicious Korean barbecue. Dress it up however you want, but make sure you use the Ssam sauce! This is a meal everyone is sure to love!
Korean Grilled Chicken Bowls
As you may have noticed, I’m big into bowls! It’s a great way to combine a marinated protein with any of your favorite toppings you’ve got at home. This grilled chicken bowl is no different! A yummy marinaded grilled chicken, over rice, paired with fresh veggies, like red cabbage, avocados, and carrots, makes for great meal!
Korean Ram-Don (Jjapaguri)
