Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Thai Chicken Soup
When you want a a delicious broth, but don’t want a thick stew, this soup is perfect! Chicken and lots of veggies are slowly cook in coconut milk, chicken broth, and red curry paste for an irresistible combination of bright, but spicy flavors and textures! Best of all, you can add everything to a pot and let it simmer away for a few hours while you take care of other things!
Thai Red Cabbage Salad with Chicken and Peanut-Ginger Dressing
So many bright flavors in one bowl! At its base, it’s a salad, but when you add chicken, mangoes, mushrooms, carrots, and bell peppers and top it with a tangy, spicy-sweet dressing, it turns into a healthy, well-balanced meal that you’ll can’t wait to make again!
Thai Chicken Curry with Snap Peas
On a cold, wintry evening nothing helps warm you up quite like a bowl of Thai chicken curry! The creamy coconut milk that permeates the dish allows the veggies to soften and blend perfectly with the Thai curry paste. A squeeze of lime finishes off the curry for that subtle hint of freshness that’ll have you reaching for a second bowl!
Thai Basil Chicken
Nothing beats the wonderful smells of fragrant Thai chili, garlic, and Thai basil stir frying in a wok! So fresh and pungent, it’ll make you hungry just thinking about the meal to come. Thankfully, stir frying doesn’t take very long so you’ll be chowing down in no time!
Thai Sweet Potatoes with Crispy Chickpeas
Filling a well in the center of a baked, soft sweet potato with crispy chickpeas, that have been perfectly seasoned, and drizzled with a tantalizing tahini sauce, that’s slightly sweet, yet savory, with a hint of spiciness, and garnished with fresh cilantro and green onions is the start to a wonderful meal! Between delicious bites, you’ll almost forget that this meal is entirely vegan and, with minimal amounts of maple syrup and oil, it’s also incredibly healthy and nutritious!

A salad that is inspired by the beautiful combination of fresh ingredients paired with something spicy that is so often found in Thai cooking. This simple salad is elevated with a deliciously sweet peanut dressing that offers enough of a kick to tame that sweetness, but not too much for it to be overpowering. This dressing will soon become a go-to dressing for you!

If you’re out of ideas when it comes to soup, look no further!
