Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Vegetarian Bean and Tomato Soup
The perfect soup when you want something flavorful and meat-free! All those wonderful flavors of a chili, minus the meat, but with additional vegetable broth to let all of those wonderfully warming flavors blend together! With a kick from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, a crunch from tortilla chips, and a tang from the lime juice, this is a great meal for any occasion!
Thai Chicken Curry with Snap Peas
On a cold, wintry evening nothing helps warm you up quite like a bowl of Thai chicken curry! The creamy coconut milk that permeates the dish allows the veggies to soften and blend perfectly with the Thai curry paste. A squeeze of lime finishes off the curry for that subtle hint of freshness that’ll have you reaching for a second bowl!
German Goulash
Although goulash originated in Hungry, Germany has adapted an equally tasty version of it, minus the potatoes. This recipe brings back memories of my German uncle cooking goulash in a massive cauldron for the whole family. It’s got a kick with the paprika, but I like my goulash a tad spicier, so I’ve included a pinch of cayenne and red pepper flakes. This stew is sure to warm you up on even the coldest days!

On these cold, wintery days a good soup is a must! Best of all, this recipe is vegan, so whether you follow a vegan diet or, like me, you’re an omnivore who watches how much meat they eat, this recipe is for everyone! For how quick and easy this soup is, it shouldn’t taste as good as it does! The sauteed mushrooms make the broth extra flavorful, while the chili peppers gives it just the right amount of heat to make your stomach all warm and fuzzy inside!
