Are you ready to eat?
Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

The Famous Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Every Super Bowl, a close family friend always threw a big watch party and she always made the best teriyaki chicken wings! I mean so good, I’d basically ignore all the other food just to eat wings. I’ve asked her for the recipe, but was told they’re a close guarded secret. So, in honor of those famous wings, I’ve created a recipe that gets close to her chicken wings. While these are also super tasty, they still don’t compare to that close guarded recipe of hers!

Thai Chicken Curry with Snap Peas
On a cold, wintry evening nothing helps warm you up quite like a bowl of Thai chicken curry! Sweet potato toast? Yes, please! A healthy way to start the day and a fun twist to a classic! Lose the bread and instead pop a few sweet potato slices in the toaster. Carrot Cake with Roasted Carrots and Maple Cream Cheese Frosting
I absolutely love carrot cakes! And this one stands out from the rest because you first roast some of the carrots, giving the cake a more full-bodied, caramelized, and slightly savory flavor. By adding maple syrup to the cream cheese frosting, it blends perfectly with the other flavors and adds that hint of warming sweetness! It’s a cake you won’t be able to resist going back for seconds!
