Adapted from Everyday Easy Eats

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha, to taste

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1½ pounds salmon fillets

  • Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and crushed red-pepper flakes. Mix together well.

  2. In a large baking pan, place the salmon fillets skin-side down and pour the marinade over the fish. Let the fish marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  3. While the fish is marinading, preheat the oven to 375°F.

  4. Once the fish is done marinading, place the baking pan into the oven and let the salmon bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Serve with rice and/or vegetables. Also pairs well with Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

  6. Enjoy!
