Honey Srircha Glazed Salmon
Serves 4
Adapted from Everyday Easy Eats
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha, to taste
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1½ pounds salmon fillets
Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and crushed red-pepper flakes. Mix together well.
In a large baking pan, place the salmon fillets skin-side down and pour the marinade over the fish. Let the fish marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes.
While the fish is marinading, preheat the oven to 375°F.
Once the fish is done marinading, place the baking pan into the oven and let the salmon bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with rice and/or vegetables. Also pairs well with Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Enjoy!
