Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Korean Beef with Carrots and Zucchini
One of my favorite go-to recipes, this always hits the spot! Julienned carrots and zucchini soften up while cooking alongside ground beef in an irresistibly flavorful sauce. Between the fresh garlic and ginger, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, this sauce does a beautiful job bringing all the elements together. And serve everything over rice so it can soak up any remaining sauce for a delicious meal even to the last bite!
Ginger Turmeric Coconut Stew with Chicken and Rice
Feel-good ingredients of fresh ginger and turmeric blend together in a wonderfully creamy coconut stew. Letting the chicken and rice cook together with all the spices, this nourishing one-pot stew is warming for both the belly and soul. Perfect whenever you want an delicious, healthy meal!

The Famous Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Every Super Bowl, a close family friend always threw a big watch party and she always made the best teriyaki chicken wings! I mean so good, I’d basically ignore all the other food just to eat wings. I’ve asked her for the recipe, but was told they’re a close guarded secret. So, in honor of those famous wings, I’ve created a recipe that gets close to her chicken wings. While these are also super tasty, they still don’t compare to that close guarded recipe of hers!
Fish and Veggie Packets
Easy, quick, healthy, and, most importantly, tasty! Four perfect adjectives to describe this packet meal. Cut up some veggies, whip up a quick marinade, combine everything with the fish in an aluminum foil packet, bake for 25 minutes and you’re ready for a deliciously nutritious meal!

With citrus season coinciding so perfectly with the holiday season, it’s a great time of year to mix up a drink celebrating both! Ditch the navel oranges for some blood oranges and mix in some cinnamon and spice and everything nice!

A great go-to recipe that I’ve been making for years! Super versatile because you can eat it both warm or cold, eat it fresh or make it ahead of time, eat it as a main dish or as a side, and easily allow yourself to substitute ingredients and additions based on your own preferences! I have never not enjoyed eating this, as have those who I’ve served it to!
