Are you ready to eat?
Let’s go on a world food tour! Whatever you’re in the mood for, from meat-lovers to vegans, from Europe to Asia to North and South America, these recipes are for everyone who loves to eat delicious, simple food!
My goal is to showcase delicious dishes that I’ve made, which I find are (relatively) easy to make! Some recipes require more time, and effort, while others are done within 30 minutes, but, I promise, you’ll be pleased with what you’ve made!
Unlike other sites, I won’t be detailing all of my thoughts and feelings about each recipe because, let’s be real, in the end, you just want to figure out how to make the dish and what you need to buy at the grocery store. I cut right to the chase and tell you the ingredients you’ll need and show you what the final dish will look like!
As a side note, I’m a big fan of onions, garlic, ginger, and everything spicy, so my recipes might be somewhat heavy with these ingredients, or at least more so than some people :) Be aware of this and adjust these ingredients to your own preferences because you’re the one who will be doing the eating! Enjoy!

Chicken Taco Salad
If you’re craving tacos or burritos, but don’t want the tortillas and rice, this is the perfect option for you! All the same great flavors of a chicken taco, served, instead, over a bed of lettuce. Tortellini and Tomato Sauce
I absolutely love tortellini so anytime I can make a sauce for them, I jump at the opportunity! I was inspired to create this simple tomato sauce over the summer because of all of the fresh cherry tomatoes I was picking, while the Roma tomatoes help round out the flavor. When in a pinch, this is a quick sauce that tastes much better than anything you’d find at the store!
Caprese Pesto Salad
For me, this is one of the dishes that epitomizes summer! Tomatoes and basil are growing like wild in the garden, so my excitement for this dish grows the more I pick! Pearled Couscous with Roasted Tomatoes
Although it’s called couscous, pearled couscous is a noodle, although it doesn’t contain eggs, so it’s vegan-friendly. It has a similar shape to many grains, so it’s very interchangeable with grains. This recipe combines that shape of a grain, but texture of a noodle with roasted tomatoes for a delicious meal!
